Do you need help with that overwhelming to-do list? Do you have a project that requires immediate attention and you don’t have the time? Or, how would you like to just have a little time to spend with your family? These are just few things a Virtual Assistant can help you with.

A Virtual Assistant is an off-site employee that is a highly-trained entrepreneur. They provide a variety of business support services via phone, fax, and internet-based technology. A Virtual Assistant can be the most important asset to a small business owner or busy entrepreneur. Below are the top eight reasons to hire a Virtual Assistant.

  1. Your Virtual Assistant can relieve you from the burden of what would be time-consuming busywork.
  2. Since the Virtual Assistant is a self-employed business partner, you do not pay payroll taxes, benefits, insurance, or workmen’s comp. Therefore, saving you money on employee expenses.
  3. Your Virtual Assistant has their own office and office equipment.
  4. You pay for time on task. Which means you pay for only time that is spent doing YOUR work. Great reduction in overhead expenses. “No water fountain chit chatter.”
  5. Your Virtual Assistant works behind the scenes allowing you the freedom to concentrate on building your business while all of your office support needs are being taken care of.
  6. Your Virtual Assistant is 100% invested in your company. Your success leads to their success.
  7. Virtual Assistants network. When you hire a Virtual Assistant, you get indirect access to that network of qualified and experienced professionals.
  8. Virtual Assistants are highly-trained in their niche. Performing duties that range from bookkeeping, data entry, marketing, general secretarial task, presentations, publications, etc.

When hiring a Virtual Assistant, it is very important to keep things on a professional level. Make sure there is a service agreement in place (your Virtual Assistant should have one). This will specify the tasks that are expected for the rate of pay agreed upon. You should also have a non-disclosure agreement protecting you and the Virtual Assistant (they should have this also). Now what are you waiting on? Go hire that Virtual Assistant. http://ERVirtualAssistant.SynthaSite.com

Virtual Assistants=Stress Reliever Tuesday, May 5 2009

Phone calls, filing, emails, bookkeeping, marketing (Oh!) and then there is cooking, cleaning, and kids. There’s more, I can keep naming. There is some much that needs to be done and too little time to do it all. Partnering with a Virtual Assistant can relieve some of the stress that comes with business life. So you can enjoy more of your personal life.

As a previous business owner of a small mom and pop deli, I can testify to the daily stress business owners have. If it’s not a personnel issue, it’s a vendor issue there is always something to contend with. I can remember coming home at night and laying there until 1:00 in the morning just thinking of what needed to been done the next day. Then 5:00 would come around and it would start all over again. After closing the deli, I decided to expand my home-based business. I wanted to offer services that I felt were needed to help small business owners like myself. And thus was formed ERVirtualAssistants.

ERVirtualAssistants is a Virtual Assistant company geared toward helping business owners with there bookkeeping, data entry, marketing, research, and (more…)
